Wafer-type ball valve made of steel

The new wafer-type ball valve ZK combined the features of the approved T-class in a new body made of carbon steel GS-C25. It is a high quality and high-class alternative to other carbon steel ball valves.

For best media flow the body made of 1.6019 (GS-C25) and the ball made of 1.4301 are full bored. The flanges of the ball valve measured according to PN16, the valve is available from DN15 up to DN200.

The extended mounting pad „EA direct connect“ with double hole circle according to DIN ISO 5211 enabled a directly mounting of our electrically or pneumatically actuators. This valve-actuator-combination is very functional and compact.

For use in explosive atmospheres a special version according to ATEX is available.
Certainly the total accessory program of the stainless steel version ZK is available for the carbon steel version too, e.g.:

- Limit switches
- Extended handle
- Special seals
