New electric actuator NE03

The electric actuators of the series NE have proved since any years. Now the series is expended downwards by a new model. Specially designed for small valves the actuator has a torque of 30Nm and is already strong enough to switch reliable ball valves up to size 2” (Art. KA).

The compact body is completely made of aluminium. The resistant polyester coating offers an excellent protection against adverse ambient conditions. The line-in voltage can amount 24V DC or 230V AC. Also a 12V DC version is available on request.

Against the size of the actuator the list of the standard equipment isn’t small. At example the optical position indicator will be illuminated by four LED’s if the actuator reaches one of the end positions. For process visualization there are two additional potential-free limit switches. The heater prevents reliable the formation of condensation in the clamp chamber. The actuator can drive with the manual override if there is a failure at the control or supply voltage.

For a direct mounting on EA-ball valves the actuator has an interface according to ISO 5211 with three hole circles from F03 up to F05.This valve-actuator combination is very functional and compact.
