High-dynamic Pressure controller

By the mounting of an electronic/pneumatic Pressure controller the Pressure reducer DM get to a high dynamic Pressure controller with 4…20mA control signal and continuous control.

At the new Pressure controller the metallic pressure spring, the spring guides and the toggle-screw are replaced by an air cushion. This air cushion is under control of an electronic/pneumatic Pressure controller. The further functionally is the same as the functionally of a Pressure reducer. But the Pressure controller has a higher dynamic because of the lower moved mass and the lower internal friction. He can respond fast and exact to pressure pulsation of the pipe system.

The pressure of the air cushion and the outlet pressure of the Pressure controller is preselect by a 4...20mA control signal.  By the facility of the continuous control the Pressure controller can realize frequently changing set pressures without any difficult. This allows completely new processes for product realization, at example to start a filling procedure with low pressure and raise it continuously.
